Married at First Sight series is a good look at how two people can meet, picked of course by experts in relationships and psychological profiles.

Obviously, this is a reality television programme it's not just getting two strangers to legally marry and get them to go through this experiment over a three month period, is not just going through good moments but also the bad, which is what makes this a success and such a talking point especially on social media predominantly from the female viewers, which is pulling the traditional heartstrings that majority of women want in their lives.

Not saying men are not looking for their perfect female match but the majority of viewers are women, so the production of MAFS is geared for this feline market.

So, can two strangers who meet at the altar really find that one true love, but with relationship and psychological profiling experts get to pick from the strengths and weaknesses of their likes, dislikes and character personality traits and of tragic and heartfelt moments of disappointment, any disabilities either physical or mental, and loss, that brings the audience closer to the participants.

When going through the participants individually and in their environments with family, friends and their work.

In this initial stage we often see the fun, warm or positive side to the participants and importantly not in a relationship.

Once it gets to the wedding day the men want to have the perfect physically as far as their imagination can afford them, while being physically attractive is important to the ladies it soon gets to the substance of the character of their spouse, meaning getting that emotional connection.

The dinner parties are good occasions for sparks to fly with open mouths or as the experiment gets to the latter stages the more affection talk and showing signs of touching, cuddling and kissing and vocalising the words of love.

As time is falsely not a great healer the reunion episodes often bring up hurtful emotions, especially as participants have thought that they have finally found the one true love forever, only to be once again disappointed and alone.

However, the one thing we have to remember is that the participants become famous in a relatively short about of time and with that get members of the public contacting them wanting to be with them though social media, which can and once again does influence the men to wander off and look outside of the experiment for the hot candy that is on offer.

But despite the odds this process shows the young generation that if they want what their parents have is not something that comes easy, but with determination and going for someone of substance rather than just looks or body features.

The heart or the mind plays a lot with the participants and couples and whatever it is we see who makes it to the end and out of the process with their partner for life or as long as it can last in the reality of the real world.
